Frequently Asked Questions
How do I restore my purchases? If you have reinstalled LFGO or upgraded to a new device, you can easily restore your previous purchases. Open the app, navigate to the Settings or Paywall screen, and tap "Restore Purchases." You will not be charged twice for an active purchase.
How do I manage or cancel my purchases? All payments and subscriptions are handled securely by Apple. To manage your purchases, open the Settings app on your iPhone, tap your Apple ID (your name at the top), and select "Subscriptions."
The app is freezing or crashing. What should I do? First, ensure you are running the latest version of iOS and the latest version of LFGO from the App Store. If the problem persists, try forcing the app to close and reopening it. If you still need help, please shoot an email to our support team.
